Responsibilities

Team Introduction The role will lead physical security operations, risk governance, crisis management and strategic security initiatives across North-east Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan and Korea. The position serves as the sub-regional lead responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening regional resilience, and ensuring consistent implementation of corporate security standards across multiple offices. The role partners closely with regional leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies, and global security teams to manage complex security operations, critical incidents, and vendor governance.
