JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This is a rare opportunity to take a defining leadership role at the heart of Greystar’s growing flex living platform in Spain. As Regional Operations Manager, you will own the performance of a portfolio spanning 7 assets, 4,500 units, and more than €1 billion in assets under management — with a direct line of sight from strategic planning through to day‑to‑day execution.

You will lead a team built for scale: an Operations Manager who oversees the full portfolio sits directly beneath you, supported by a General Manager embedded in each asset. Your remit is both strategic and hands‑on — setting the direction, driving NOI growth, building the culture, and ensuring every property delivers a consistently excellent resident experience. The role is based at Greystar’s Spain headquarters in Madrid, with regular travel across the portfolio.
