Regional Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight of 8 properties across South Africa and Botswana, ensuring consistent delivery of operational standards, guest experience excellence, and compliance.

• Lead and manage the performance of all General operations Managers, ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and leadership development.

• Drive operational efficiency across all functions within the properties.

• Drive revenue optimisation strategies across gaming, hospitality, conferencing, entertainment, and other services.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance tracking across the portfolio.

• Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations, hospitality legislation, licensing requirements, labour law, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks in both South Africa and Botswana.
