- Monitor & anticipate signals to avoid entering into crisis mode with suppliers, relying on strong interface with risk management, top offenders process & Procurement/Quality/Supply chain network
- Drive and fully own supplier recovery or crisis exit plan with minimum cost and operational impacts for Alstom, for suppliers located in the considered geography, wherever the project(s) affected by the suppliers are located (in or out of the region), when issues are critical for execution of Alstom projects and cannot be handled at deliver...
