Regional Operation Management System (Coms) Leader

The Regional COMS Leader is a key role in driving significant improvements in the region and getting results that align with Creation's mission, goals and strategy.
This position will drive and develop a lean manufacturing culture and will lead improvement initiatives to our processes throughout the region.
This position reports jointly to the regional SVP and the VP of Continuous Improvement.
This position may have direct reports at sites thought-out the region.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the region to drive overall improvements in specific areas to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation
