Position Summary
Responsible for the overall operations of offices within the assigned region, formulating strategic development goals for regional offices, and exercising leadership, direction, supervision, and management over regional operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop operational policies and regulations for regional offices; systematically plan annual operations and establish standardized workflows and procedures. Supervise implementation upon approval by the President, Board of Directors, and CEO.
- Organize and lead teams in providing data support and specialized research reports for major decision‑making matters, and regularly submit operational analysis and business forecast reports to the company.
