Overview
Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing localized marketing strategies across a designated region. This role oversees all franchise store marketing efforts, including direct mail, digital advertising (Google and Meta), and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth at the store level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with national brand strategy
- Customize campaigns based on regional market and customer insights
- Plan and optimize campaigns including direct mail, Google Ads, Meta ads and out-of-home advertising
- Manage campaign calendars and store‑level budgets
- Partner with franchise owners to support local initiatives
