Responsibilities

Team leadership and management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations. Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to improve General Manager performance and grow talent. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance. Operational excellence and execution: Ensure that every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets while aligning with operational standards.
