Regional Manager Italy (Maternity Cover)

THE GOAL
The aim of the Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, our retail partners, and our points of sale.
This role is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of kiosks to ensure operational excellence across the network.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be focused on:
Driving like‑for‑like sales performance
Building strong and consistent relationships with franchise partners and retail stores
Using internal tools to analyse performance, identify weaknesses, and detect opportunities for growth and improvement in your region
