Overview
Manages all aspects of sales execution activities of a sales force covering multiple Provinces. Designs and executes long- and short-term sales and execution strategies in collaboration with the National Director.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a team of Provincial Sale managers and territory managers; defines expectations, monitors progress, and counsels if expectations are not metDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company depletion goals in collaboration with the Business development of each regionDirect sales development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goalsConduct sales meetings, train, develop and motivate a team to foster the success of overall sales performanceDevelop overall sales strategies for key accounts (Retail & On-trade) in designated territory/region and improve the distribution of product
