Regional Lean Transformation Leader

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Business System Leader to drive the evolution of the Business System across the EMEA region. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to translate business strategy into action, embed Lean thinking, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lean leadership, demonstrated success in large-scale transformations, and the ability to coach leaders. This position includes 50% international travel.
