Regional IT Projects & Executive Assistant

Olympus Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the regional IT head and leadership team in APAC. You will drive regional IT projects from demand collection to implementation and help coordinate meetings, reporting, and events.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of IT/business work experience, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
