Reporting Line: HQ (Head of HR / HR Director)

Location: Madrid

Scope: ~400 employees across multiple European countries

The Regional HR Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the HR agenda across multiple European countries, acting as a strategic partner to the business while ensuring full alignment with HQ policies and standards. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on operational oversight, including performance management, employee relations, and union interactions.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted HR partner for regional leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategy.
• Translate global HR policies and initiatives into effective local execution across European countries.
• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
