Position Objective
Lead the overall Human Resources strategy and operations for three manufacturing plants, ensuring operational continuity, labor stability, compliance with Mexican labor legislation, regulatory requirements, union relations, labor cost efficiency, and workforce availability to meet production, quality, and productivity objectives. Responsible for supervising and developing the HR Managers of each plant, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and organizational practices.
