What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably supporting multiple countries within Asia.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
- Experience coordinating outsourced payroll vendors.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation; exposure to Indonesia and/or Hong Kong employment practices is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a lean and fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Singaporeans only.
