Role Overview The Regional Head of Sales – LATAM is responsible for leading Velafi’s commercial expansion across Latin America. This role owns regional sales strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, and transaction volume across all LATAM markets. Key Responsibilities Own LATAM regional sales targets, revenue, and TPV growth Lead, coach, and scale country-level Sales Executives Drive acquisition of enterprise and high-volume clients across the region Develop corridor-specific and industry-focused sales strategies Oversee complex deal structuring and regional client expansion Coordinate closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory developments Requirements 8 years of experience in payments or fintech sales, with LATAM market exposure Proven track record managing regional sales teams, including oversight of high-performing organizations generating approximately $100M in monthly TPV Demo...
