Role Overview
The Regional Head of Sales – LATAM is responsible for leading Velafi's commercial expansion across Latin America. This role owns regional sales strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, and transaction volume across all LATAM markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own LATAM regional sales targets, revenue, and TPV growth
- Lead, coach, and scale country-level Sales Executives
- Drive acquisition of enterprise and high-volume clients across the region
- Develop corridor-specific and industry-focused sales strategies
- Oversee complex deal structuring and regional client expansion
- Coordinate closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory developments
