Role Overview

The Regional Head of Sales – LATAM is responsible for leading Velafi's commercial expansion across Latin America. This role owns regional sales strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, and transaction volume across all LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own LATAM regional sales targets, revenue, and TPV growth
  • Lead, coach, and scale country-level Sales Executives
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and high-volume clients across the region
  • Develop corridor-specific and industry-focused sales strategies
  • Oversee complex deal structuring and regional client expansion
  • Coordinate closely with Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory developments
