Nova Finance is redefining financial wellness in Pakistan through our B2B Earned Wage Access (EWA) platform. We partner with forward-thinking organizations to provide their employees with instant access to their accrued pay. We are seeking a strategic Regional Head Corporate Sales to lead our regional B2B growth engine, focusing exclusively on corporate acquisitions and large-scale employer partnerships.
Role Overview
This is a purely B2B leadership role. You will not be managing retail or consumer sales. Your success is measured by your ability to navigate the corporate hierarchies of industrial and commercial giants, securing multi-year partnerships with CHROs and CFOs to integrate Nova Finance into their payroll ecosystems.
