Regional Growth Lead – Türkiye, Caucasus & Central Asia

Swift Software in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Country Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in Turkiye, Caucasus, and Central Asia. This role involves building long-term customer relationships and managing the full sales cycle while representing Swift at industry events.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a business development role, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English and Russian. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a willingness to travel for business development.
