Work Mode: On-Site_Primary FunctionReporting to the MGR-Regional EHS, LATAMs, the regional EHS Program Manager is responsible for compliance which relates to relates to safety and environmental regulations, and the development and implementation of Kohler Co. strategic EHS initiatives.This position will lead performance improvement objectives, provide oversight of EHS projects, and serve as liaison with regulatory agencies for safety and environment for all sites within the region.This position will work directly with government environmental and occupational safety agencies during site inspections, coordinate response to any information collection requests, and lead negotiations for environmental permitting conditions and safety compliance.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES1.Maintain an understanding of current and proposed safety and environmental regulations within the region.2.Anticipate potential risks and create a strategy to mitigate impact to the businesses.3.Drive regulatory compl...
