What You'll Do…
Strategy & Commercial Performance
- Develop and execute a Pacific-wide B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve commercial performance across Rooms and Meetings & Events.
- Monitor account performance, segment production, and market trends, translating insights into strategic recommendations and action.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to support long-term commercial growth.
Portfolio & Account Management
- Drive performance across Corporate, Luxury Leisure, Entertainment, MICE, Government, and Travel Agency segments.
- Leverage an established client network to maximise account penetration and unlock cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
- Create and execute go-to-market and ramp-up plans for new hotel openings and market penetration initiatives.
