- Analyse regional cross-border business performance and develop insights on the key driving factors for each country
- Design, track and optimise new business processes, performance reports established as part of the new business initiatives/projects rolled out
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams
- Work with internal teams to understand existing processes and ensure all identified pain points are tracked and resolved in a systematic approach
