Regional Cross Border Program Management Office (PMO) Associate

Job Description:

• Take ownership of high-impact regional projects to strengthen assortment availability to our buyers in all local markets
• Identify growth opportunities and scope projects to capture the opportunities and drive for strong commercial growth
• Define clear project objectives, monitor project progress, and inspire the adoption of planning and execution best practices
• Independently plan data analyses and derive actionable and strategic insights from large data sets
• Support KPI reporting of key projects to Shopee senior management
• Collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders, analysing to define targets and priorities, and develop action plans to reach project goals
• Track progress, identify blockers and propose solutions with key stakeholders to move the project forward
