Regional Controller

Overview

Our Calgary client has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and finance-minded Regional Controller to join their growing finance team. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in supporting both strategic decision-making and day-to-day financial operations across the Western Canadian region (AB & BC). This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and collaborative finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of a forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing regional finance team across multiple sites
• Oversee month-end close and prepare accurate, timely financial reporting
• Partner with Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Prepare forecasts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions
