About the Role
The APAC Consulting Team helps clients solve complex business problems and build distinct advantages for their location strategies and real estate portfolio (including retail, office and data centres) using a holistic approach of rigorous analytics and market insights.
The Team is looking for a team member to support the APAC Consulting Team in conducting a variety of analyses. The data analyst will understand client requirements and design the appropriate workflows to solve for the challenges faced by occupiers and investors. In this role, the analyst will also have the opportunity to conduct primary and secondary research to develop market insights.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate with project leads to prepare comprehensive analyses, including retail analytics, geospatial modelling, location and labor market evaluations, and data centre insights.
