Regional Commercial Leader – LATAM (P&L & Growth)

Solmax is looking for a Commercial Director for the Mexico region, responsible for regional revenue growth and managing a sales team. This role requires strong strategic leadership and collaboration with technical services and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive market success.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in sales leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, and fluency in Spanish and English. The position demands a proven track record in P&L management and the ability to travel 50–70% within the region.
