**What you ́ll do**:- Sets up and develops a part of the respective business process globally to accomplish BU long-term goals.
- Leads and manages new process setup to match new business needs in collaboration with regional process owners and key user community.
- Monitors and drives implementation of respective BU business processes.
- Drives continuous improvement of respective processes, systems, organizational model.
- Leverages synergies across regions and SBUs Fosters automation / SSC usage within the process.
- Drives automation to increase speed, reliability and increase share of variable cost over fixed.
