Regional Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding) [EL]

The position serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, fostering strong partnerships, enhancing customer retention, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, business development, and customer relationship management across South-East Asia and Oceania .

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including sourcing, operations/supply chain, and project stakeholders at the regional level.
• Analyze clients' supply chain requirements to identify potential opportunities for the company’s services (air, sea, third-party logistics, and others).
• Develop and execute strategies for business continuity and expansion in coordination with Regional/Country Sales & Marketing Heads and Executive Sponsors.
