We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer team. This role will be based in the Singapore office . It is a 18‑month (Fixed‑term employment) , hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities- Requirements gathering: gather, document and validate business requirements from regional stakeholders and local markets; translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process maps.
- Stakeholder management: build and maintain relationships with country leads, operations, placement teams and IT teams; facilitate regular working sessions, steering updates and decision points; elevate issues impacting timelines or scope.
- Testing & quality assurance: define UAT scenarios, coordinate test cycles, consolidate feedback and verify fixes; track defects, ensure timely remediation and sign off on functional acceptance.
