Position Summary
The Regional Branch Manager ensures that our regional operations meet or exceed HUB’s financial, operational, and staffing goals while ensuring our client’s needs are being met through industry‑leading client service.
Full‑time, permanent position based in Regina, Canada. Up to 25% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business line leaders, team leaders, and managers run effective branch operations, including staffing, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Develop and attract talent through mentoring, coaching, and succession planning and by leveraging best practices in human resource management.
- Develop and execute a business plan to meet revenue growth targets, generate new business, retain existing clients, and manage staffing and compensation.
