Regional Bakery Process & Standards Lead

Bimbo QSR is seeking a technical expert to drive standardization and performance in bakery products across multiple plants. The role includes analyzing formulations, defining recipes, providing technical support, and training plant teams on process control.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in process management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and fluency in English. The position requires frequent travel, up to 50%, across the region.
