Responsibilities
- Provide reactive and proactive technical support for customers, including machine and process troubleshooting.
- Coordinate hot issues with regional product support, customer operations, and regional service managers.
- Act as high‑level technical resource for all applications as well as sales, field service, product marketing and customers.
- Design, conduct and direct complex experiments and field tests to ascertain hitherto unknown information.
- Coordinate and qualify customer trials, experiments, and JDP's.
- Interpret and communicate results.
- Prepare detailed scientific reports and comprehensive proposals.
- Perform scientific or mathematical analysis and calculations.
- Contribute ideas which improve our product or processes.
