Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Manager to support the On‑Trade Wholesalers Team in Andalusia Oriental or Murcia. The role starts 1 August 2026 and requires a temporary substitution contract (IT) with presence in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue targets per the Country financial plan (NSV & GP).
- Implement the Commercial plan and support customer programs per the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP).
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and influence brand positioning.
- Create account plans for top wholesalers with activation and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities and execute strategies to maximize performance and value creation.
- Leverage Bacardi’s value proposition to grow mutual business.
- Optimize promotional plans and achieve ROI goals.
