The Opportunity:
Leads a large team of field sales representatives across several territories, typically through subordinate managers and/or supervisors. Translates commercial strategy into actionable regional plans with measurable impact on revenue and customer growth. Oversees consistent execution of sales processes, ensures high standards in customer engagement, and drives adoption of sales enablement tools. Partners with senior commercial leaders to align regional efforts with broader business objectives. Solves complex sales and operational challenges, optimizing team performance and resource deployment.
