Regina Housing Team Lead Role

Serve as the Housing Team Lead in Regina, ensuring effective operations and staff supervision at supportive living homes. Strong crisis management and staff coordination skills are essential.
In this role, you'll oversee the operations of two supportive living homes and supervise a diverse team including Case Coordinators and Support Workers. Accurate data management in FYIdb and conducting safety checks are key duties. You'll be instrumental in developing case plans and facilitating programming for residents.
