Refund (cash & non cash) of Global Blue Tax Free Cheques and assistance to travellers within the range of customs clearance.Main duties
Refunding Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue (Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual, Instruction Manual).Responsibility of the assigned cash (cash refunding in various currencies).Perform the refund in the most correct and satisfactory way (quick and precisely)Mitigate the conflicts with the traveller at the desk, contribute to the best customer satisfactionActively contribute to reach the given individual and team refund targets.The duties can be extended or changed after arrangement.
