Refrigeration Mechanic 313A

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Refrigeration Mechanic 313A to join our team for a large food processing company located in Etobicoke.

Pay: $45.75/hr

1. Pension after 3 months (2% company match)
2. Health and Dental benefits after 3 months
3. Unionized (SEIU, Local 2)
4. Shift 7am-3:30pm

Shift Times: Days 6am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday, (some weekends and overtime required)

Main Duties:

• Refrigeration system installation as per applicable codes
• Hot gas and TX valve adjustments
• Refrigeration system troubleshooting & repairs
• Understanding of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Communicate refrigeration issues and solutions with associates
• Understands programmable controls and is computer literate
