Job Title: Refractory Installation ManagerLocation: Los Mochis, Mexico (On-site)We are seeking an experienced Refractory Installation Manager to join our team on a major industrial construction project in Los Mochis, Mexico.
This site-based role is responsible for the full execution, coordination, and delivery of refractory works (both self-performed and subcontracted) across large-scale facilities, including ammonia, methanol, and petrochemical plants.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete refractory scope, including material selection, design verification, application, and field installation in line with project specifications.Coordinate closely with the Mechanical Site Manager and Construction Manager in planning and executing refractory works for furnaces, reformers, reactors, and related equipment.Define critical work fronts, curing/drying schedules, and heat-up sequences to meet project milestones and support commissioning activities.Review and approve method statements, ...
