Your Responsibilities:

To ensure the safe and efficient running of the refining processes in liaison with production colleagues and management.

Ensuring critical control points within the process to ensure the products meet food safety as well as quality requirements.

To ensure Health and Safety, food safety, environmental compliance regulations and company standards are maintained in the refining processes.

Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the department following GMP standards.

To perform small maintenance related jobs and liaise with maintenance department in regards more complex matters.

To ensure safe start-up, running and shutdown of plant and machinery in the refining processes.

Ensure product throughput and quality is maintained to required levels in the refining processes.
