Support Bison’s Reefer Trailer Fleet as a Reefer Technician, responsible for maintaining and repairing trailers effectively. This full-time weekend position emphasizes team improvement and skills enhancement.
As part of the Maintenance Department at Bison Transport, you will focus on preventative maintenance and repair of the reefer trailers. Your expertise will help diagnose problems, develop solutions, and provide mentorship to junior technicians throughout your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on reefer trailers
• Diagnose issues and recommend remedial actions
• Perform repairs identified during maintenance inspections
• Join team meetings and complete additional repairs as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in reefer trailer repairs preferred
• Certified Journeyman Technician or Heavy-Duty Mechanic preferred
• Ozone Depletion Certification is a plus
