• Minimum 12 years leading academic and administrative management in schools, maintaining high educational standards.
• Experience leading strategies, academic operations, and administration.
• Guide the execution of the academic project and apply decisions of the school board.
• Manage the teaching and administrative staff.
• Promote continuous improvement of educational quality.
• Establish and promote communication channels among the academic community.
• Identify new trends and practices to improve the institutional educational project.
• English level B2 required.

Salary: COP 30,000,000 - 35,000,000 + incentives.
