Recruitment Team Lead (Nightshift)

Job Description

The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for coaching, training, and development of Recruiter L1 and 2. The Recruitment Team Lead handles the escalation management of assigned recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
• Effective coaching and development of direct reports.
• Understanding team processes and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that SLAs are met.
• Communicating process changes appropriately so the team can adapt change to their day‑to‑day operations.
• Develop and retain talent to build high‑performing teams – sets high standards of performance and behavior, holds team members accountable, provides opportunities for growth, develops retention strategies, offers constructive performance feedback, and interviews and selects new hires.
