- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related course.
- Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an advantage.
Job Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Hands‑on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals and MS Office applications.
- Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment agencies or vendors is preferred.
