Responsibilities
- Conduct initial face-to-face interviews to assess communication skills, technical aptitude, and culture fit.
- Administer and monitor pre-employment tests (e.g., Versant, SVAR, or typing tests).
- Coordinate with Operations Managers to understand specific account requirements and calibrate hiring profiles.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide daily updates on recruitment metrics (show‑up rates, pass rates, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred (ideally within the BPO or RPO industry), but not required.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills (essential for assessing candidates).
