Responsibilities
Manage the full‐cycle recruitment and selection process for domestic and international positions.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for operational, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and administrative roles.
Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and headhunting strategies.
