Role Overview
The Recruitment & Workforce Operations Specialist will support high-volume recruitment and workforce management activities for Australia's light industrial sector. This role is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting pre-screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting workforce management activities to ensure client staffing requirements are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where recruitment and operational priorities may change daily.
