We are actively looking for a Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Proactive recruiting – Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging employee referrals, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Build and maintain a successful candidate pipeline across all of our Canadian offices.
- Work alongside hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize your focus.
- Select and screen resumes, qualify applicants, conduct phone screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process, advising hiring managers, and assist with the final offer negotiation.
- Understand candidates' goals and align them to positions available within the organization.
- Create strong relationships with candidates and internal team members.
