Job Overview
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and the District Manager, the Regional Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing a range of administrative and recruitment support. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team environment with on‑site and off‑site work.
This position requires fly‑in/fly‑out travel from Edmonton, Alberta or Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, to the project site in Nunavut, with potential for weather‑related delays or logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and advertising job postings
- Identify available and qualified staff to perform the role required at each site accordingly.
- Pre‑screen resumes to evaluate if applicants meet the position requirements
