Role Overview
The Recruitment Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support Talent Acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on sourcing analytics, recruitment dashboards, and external market intelligence. This role partners closely with recruitment, sourcing, and leadership teams to enhance decision-making, optimize hiring performance, and provide real-time visibility into talent trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Dashboard & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Acquisition metrics (using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar)
- Track and report key recruitment KPIs, including:
- Time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and aging reports
- Offer acceptance rates and drop-offs
- Hiring volume trends by business unit, role, and location
